Specify latency bucket size & correct calculation
A new parameter bucket_size_exp in the *.test file specifies the bucket size for latency measurement. The default is 11 which corresponds to a bucket size of 1 usec for a 2GHz processor. This fix is also calculating the bucket size based on the reported frequency. Before it was assuming a 2GHz processor.
