Addition of new test case encrypt.test
The new test is combining a generator sending plain text traffic to another pod. This second pod is encrypting and then decrypting the packets again before sending them back to the generator for latency measurements. The encryption/decryption is done with a hard code algo and key and can be done in SW or by using QAT devices.
