Changing the committers for the sampleVNF project
Per TSC decision as documented in
https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/meetings/OPNFV+TSC+Meeting+2020-09-29,
changing the INFO file with committer info for sampleVNF project. The
project is now focusing only on the rapid-PROX based dataplane
benchmarking using TST009 spec.
