Apply theme to server names in samples
By request, changed the misleading 'client' and 'server' designations
under context:servers in the sample files, to avoid misunderstandings
and convey the message that their names are irrelevant.
Uses the Greek pantheon as established in
https://gerrit.opnfv.org/gerrit/#/c/946/
