Add VNF descriptor for vIMS testcase

This patch defines:
  - vims-topology.yaml --> Define topology
  - tc_vims_baremetal_sipp.yaml,tc_vims_heat_sipp.yaml --> test cases
in yardstick format (scenarios/context)
