Logs: Move test-specific logs to test-specific results folder
This patch moves the following logs to results-folder.
1. qemu.log
2. vswitchd.log
3. host.log
4. vsperf-overall
5. vpp
6. trafficgen
Move the logging of creating results directory after configure-logging
