2017-06-27VNFs: rte_eth_dev is deprecated in DPDK version 16.11 and onwardsAnand B Jyoti1-1/+10
JIRA: SAMPLEVNF-17 rte_eth_dev is removed in DPDK version 16.11 and onwards. The corresponding error handling is fixed through samplevnf gerrit 34667.
