vFW: Clear the pkt drop count for unsupported type in clearstats cmd
JIRA: SAMPLEVNF-13
The packets drop counter of unsupported type was not cleared during
clearstats command of the vFW.
This patch adds the fix to clear the pkt_drop_unsupported_type
at the clearstats cmd.
