bugfix: Bottlencks cleanup docker-compose dockers
JIRA: RELENG-196 JIRA: BOTTLENECK-148 The bottlenecks_cleanup script can not clean some dockers and their images that created by docker-compose. This may cause the following test using dockers created in last test. This patch is to fix this issue.
