utils: arm-pod3 test logs push enable
arm-pod3 is a CI POD deployed with Fuel on AArch64 hardware,
and also runs Functest jobs for it.
Enable pushing logs from this POD, as well as listing it
in the dashboard.
Closes-bug: ARMBAND-73
