2017-02-08uwsgi: move init_db to uwsgi entry pointRoss Brattain2-4/+9
uwsgi will call the 'callable' function which should normally be Flask.__call__(). Openstack python3 style guide prefers to not use six.iteritems() but instead use data.items() for all cases.
