load_images: update flavor for _ovs_ scenarios
Update the nova flavor used for the following scenarios:
* os-nosdn-kvm_ovs_dpdk_bar-ha
* os-nosdn-kvm_ovs_dpdk-ha
without interfering with older scenario os-nosdn-ovs-noha.
