Add HTTP IxLoad test cases for agnostic VNF
New files added to support HTTP tests with IxLoad and AgnosticVNF
- http traffic profile that is used in all HTTP IxLoad test cases
- test case file for each type of HTTP test
- IxLoad config file (rxf) for each type of HTTP test
