Proposing Trevor Cooper as a commiter in yardstick
Trevor Cooper has contributed greatly to yardstick D release.
Achievement/Contributions include:
Vsperf integration with yardstick.
NSB integration coordination.
Host US slot yardstick weekly meeting.
Draft Stress Test proposal in testperf.
Draft new Testing Projects Ecosystem graph.
