Cleanup of ixia_profile attribute for IxNetwork TG

Remove obsolete attribute "ixia_profile" from
 - test cases using IxNetwork as a TG
 - from unit tests related to IxNetwork

Remove ixncfg files from repo.
Remove mention of ixncfg files from test case files
