ci: Add SRIOV TC to CI daily job
SRIOV functionality should be regularly tested to detect any issues brought by new features. Testcase pvp_tput will be executed by daily job for several packet sizes. Testcase results will be reported and stored into artifactory, but they won't be stored into result database.
