This patch collects Ixia live results and copy the results file from
generator machine to local server
1. Traffic Item Statistics are collected during traffic running
2. Results file is copied from traffic generator machine to local server
3. Fixed pylint errors and made b2b test running working
4. Replacing sleeping times with traffic state verifications

Redesign of vSwitch and vSwitch controller classes, to use generic
connection methods for configuration of vSwitch. This API
is more generic and vSwitch agnostic, thus deployment scenarios like
P2P, PVP, PVVP (i.e. PVVPx) can be used for all (currently)
supported vSwitches. Usage of new API will simplify an introduction
of new vSwitches in the future.
This patchset introduces following changes:
* OVS: implementation of add_, del_, dump_ connection(s) and their
validation methods
* VPP: bidir parameter removed - it is up to the deployment scenario
implementation to take care about bidirectional connections
* P2P and PXP controllers were updated to use connection methods
instead of flow related methods. Thus standard TCs will support
both OVS and VPP. NOTE, PVPV is not supported for VPP (yet?).
* refactoring of vSwitch interfaces and inherited classes
* VPP step driven TCs were replaced by standard TCs with appropriate
deployment scenarios. This is for backward compatibility with
TC reporting. Once reporting of VPP TC results into results DB will be
modified, this TCs can be removed.
* OVS routing tables support was generalized to support P2P and
PXP deployments and step driven TCs. Usage of OVS routing tables
is now configurable (turned off by default) for better comparison of
results among various vSwitches.
* Multistream pre_installed_flows feature was generalized to
support P2P and PXP deployments and step driven TCs.
* IxNet: TRAFFIC['l4']['dstport'] will be used as a start value for port
iteration if L4 multistream feature is enabled.
* OVS: default flow template is now configurable via OVS_FLOW_TEMPLATE
* OVS: support of TRAFFIC['flow_type']='ip' was generalized to work
with connection methods (i.e. with P2P and PXP deployments and
step driven TCs)
* integration TCs: modification of integration TCs and their macros to
utilize new generic connection based API
* CI: list of TCs for VERIFY & MERGE jobs was changed to run
the same generic tests for both OVS & VPP
* documentation update
* small fixes and improvements

Functional testcases for the validation of Custom Statistics support
by OVS. The Custom Statistics feature allows Custom Statistics to be
accessed by VSPERF.
These statistics include for example rx_missed_errors, rx_errors,
tx_errors, rx_mbuf_allocation_errors, rx_crc_errors.
These testcases require DPDK v17.11, the latest Open vSwitch(v2.9.90)
and the IxNet traffic-generator.

A support for proper reporting of "Burst" traffic type was added.
Several bugs were fixed:
* RFC2544 Throughput - end of search condition was moved to avoid
situation, that another iteration is executed but its results
dropped
* RFC2544 Throughput - pause after each iteration was added to ensure
that all frames are cleared from buffers; It improves stability
of results. Also "received" values are no longer higher then
"sent" values.
* VSPERF will report also the number of sent and received frames
* VSPERF will correctly process send and received values - they
were switched on several places

This patch introduces several improvements and small bugfixes
of teststeps. These changes were identified during implementation
of OVS/DPDK regression tests.
Patch content:
* teststeps: step aliases were implemented
* teststeps: improved filtering by regex for any step, which returns string
or list of stings; filter will process all lines
* teststeps: support for log object
* teststeps: support for trafficgen get_results call
* teststeps: configurable suppression of step validation
* trafficgen: remove old results before traffic is executed
* trafficgen: support for flow control on/off (IxNet)
* trafficgen: support for configurable learning frames (IxNet)
* trafficgen: support for runtime changes of TRAFFICGEN_PKT_SIZES, _DURATION

* vnf: flush pexpect output of previous commands
* vnf: use execute_and_wait() to ensure correct cmds order

A set of improvements was introduced to enhance step driven
testcases capabilities.
Details:
* delay among test steps is configurable by TEST_STEP_DELAY
parameter
* step driven tool function exec was renamed to exec_shell
* new step driven tool function exec_python was introduced to execute
a python code
* new step driven object sleep was introduced to pause test execution
for defined number of seconds.
* fixed bug in settings.validate_getValue() to correctly validate
access of parameters modified by TEST_PARAMS
* new #PARAM() macro was introduced to allow references among
configuration parameters
* multistream support has been added into ixnetrfc2544v2.tcl,
which is used for tunneling protocols test (op2p deployment)
* fixed bug in op2p deployment to list interfaces and flows
from both bridges involved in the test
* test report updated to state exact rfcxxxx type of traffic
type, e.g. rfc2544_continuous
* test report of step driven testcases was updated to contain
measured values from traffic generator in CSV report
* method for ovs flow comparison was modified to normalize
IPv4 CIDR network addr (e.g. 10.0.0.5/8 => 10.0.0.0/8)

For some testcases it is useful to have only one connection between
traffic generator and DUT. Thus IxNet class was extended to support
such connection. Feature is enabled if both IXIA ports are set to
the same value.
New integration testcase ixnet_pvp_tput_1nic was created to demonstrate
this feature.
Unused code was removed from 3rd_party/ixia/ixnetrfc2544.tcl to simplify
introduction of new features and to speed up IXIA configuration.

During testing it is sometimes useful to generate pure L2 traffic
without L3 or L4 related headers. IxNetwork TCL script was updated
to support this option.
Generic TRAFFIC array was enhanced by on/off switch for L3 and L4
headers. Thus it can be implemented by other traffic generators
in the future, if this feature will prove itself useful.

IxNet class, which controls IXIA via IxNetwork TCL
server, did not support VLAN configuration. Main TCL
script 3rd_party/ixia/ixnetrfc2544.tcl was updated
to support VLAN configuration.

Restriction of 64K streams was limited only to L4 stream
type. In case of L3 and L2 stream type, it is possible to
define unlimited number of streams to be simulated
by traffic generator.

This patch fixes the setting of the packet fields generated by IXIA.
So that packets will be created with the values we pass, eg UDP
source port, UDP dest port, MAC source address.

IXIA traffic generator can be controlled by two different
VSPERF's wrappers IxNet (preferred) and Ixia (legacy and
outdated). It has been found, that Ixia wrapper can't be used
because of missing "packetsize" traffic item. Also only
IXIA OS 6.60 was supported and never IXIA OS versions
were not working. Both limitations were fixed.
Also reported results were fixed to show correct values
for MBPS items.

All files, which do not comply to Apache 2.0 license,
are moved into dedicated 3rd_party directory. This will
simplify license checks performed on vsperf code.
It is not required to move l2fwd module from its
current location.
