Conform SFC test to Functest framework
- Inherit from OSGCTestCase which takes care of pushing
the result to the DB automatiically.
- Functest will just need to import this module
in testcases.yaml and the framework will launch it
- It is still possible to call this script from python
command line directly as it has a main function.
