We no longer test OPNFV commits that affect bifrost since these are being tested as part of the XCI jobs. As such, simplify the job to only test incoming upstream patchsets. - Does not output the full scan to the console log - Updates the email-ext defaults to include any *.log file in the root of the workspace. This should include securityaudit.log - Adds 'GERRIT_REFSPEC' to the list of job parameters as required by 'git-scm-gerrit' - Fixes email-ptl macros so projects with extra repos have the proper recipients.
