2017-09-05xci: Stop triggering the verify job if there is no code changeFatih Degirmenci1-5/+1
The job doesn't need to be triggered if there is no code change, eg commit message updates. The remnants of previous directory structure is also removed from gerrit trigger/forbidden-file-paths.
