The latest release of Dovetail and OVP is based on the Fraser release.
This patch adds a note which refers users to the Fraser release docs.

This was accidentally removed in a previous commit. Adding it back fixes
the link at the bottom of the release installation introduction.

- Fuel's label of the ovs scenario contains a '1' the end for some reason.
- StorPerf doesn't have a direct label of their release notes.
- Container4NFV doesn't have a label on their user guide.
- FDS isn't part of the release, so it can be removed.
- Yardstick and Bottlnecks don't have configuration guides.

These include wrongly indented bullet points, title underlines, and
malfomed links. Templates which are used for project documentation are
also excluded from builds as they are orphaned pages.

In feature projects there were tons of broken links
It does not make sense to link to anything but the projects
index file here, as we do not control what the project does past
having a doc/index.rst
The infrastructure guide is in a better shape but has two
broken links
The projects that are inactive will show greyed out links untill
they add an index.rst

* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
- Merge "[Baremetal] Provide networking for Ubuntu nodes"
- [Baremetal] Provide networking for Ubuntu nodes
When deploying baremetal, the traffic should be segmented using the
different interfaces instead of through vlans. All the config is done
based on idf and pdf information.
When doing non-baremetal, opnfv and nodes get the same config. When
doing baremetal, opnfv and nodes get a different network config

* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
- Merge "Bug fix: NFS clients pointing to wrong server"
- Bug fix: NFS clients pointing to wrong server
We are deploying the NFS server in computes. In all flavors, node2
takes the role of compute00 and thus the NFS server is in
172.29.244.12. Therefore, the openstack config for ha is wrong

* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
- Merge "Simplify the serial config"
- Simplify the serial config
The current configuration only dumps the booting info into a file and
the pty does not work (i.e. virsh console opnfv returns a failure
because it cannot find a character device). After some investigations,
it is apparently impossible to have both active:
https://github.com/Mirantis/virtlet/issues/249
Therefore, we should remove the pty part of the xml. To connect to the
VM in case of network problems, we can always use vnc.
Apart from that, the console part is not necessary as libvirt will
create that one for us

* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'master'
- Merge "Update Snaps commit id"
- Update Snaps commit id
It updates Snaps commit id to allow testing OVN [1]
It should be noted Snaps doesn't create any stable branch.
Then this patch can be cherry-picked asis in all branches.
It takes the package renaming into account.

* Update docs/submodules/sdnvpn from branch 'master'
- Using heat orchestrator for sdnvpn - test case 2
Heat orchestrator and the use of Heat Orchestrator Template
is introduced in sdnvpn test cases. The deployment of the
nodes and networks under test is performed as a stack with the
use of the openstack api and the use of the other apis is kept
to as little as possible. The scenarios that are executed are
the same as in the orginal test cases.
This is the implementation of sdnvpn test case 2:
