2016-01-19	Updating the index.rst file to include referred content.	ChristopherPrice	1	-0/+7
	Adding new committers in the INFO file. This patch includes updates to the index files to establish the correct structure for the composite docs in Brahmaputra. The patch also includes an updated INFO file adding Ryota Mibu and Sofia Wallin as committers to the project. add the include references.
