Software and Hardware Infrastructure documentation will be contained in
the infrastructure/overview document.
The 'template' structure included the infrastructure section from
opnfvdocs, which doesn't actually exist in the templates directory.

Deleted the submodule transition section. Add local
build and setting up CI jobs is covered in the LFN documentation
guide linked in the getting started section.

- Fuel's label of the ovs scenario contains a '1' the end for some reason.
- StorPerf doesn't have a direct label of their release notes.
- Container4NFV doesn't have a label on their user guide.
- FDS isn't part of the release, so it can be removed.
- Yardstick and Bottlnecks don't have configuration guides.
