Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/snaps from branch 'master'
- Configure requirements for AAVMF(UEFI) with Cirros image on AArch64
Cirros image on AArch64 with AAVMF(UEFI) requires at least 256MB RAM.
The default 128MB was changed to 256MB.
