Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
- Merge "xci: files: xci-destroy-env.sh: Remove VMs from all flavors"
- xci: files: xci-destroy-env.sh: Remove VMs from all flavors
If we switch from one flavor to another then some VMs may left behind
so we need to cleanup the VMs from all flavors.
