Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/pharos from branch 'master'
- Merge "[fuel] Use PXE interface index from net_config"
- [fuel] Use PXE interface index from net_config
Instead of assuming the PXE network interface is always the first,
read its index from 'net_config' section.
