Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
- Merge "Disable vnf runs for aarch64"
- Disable vnf runs for aarch64
Functest VNF tests are not adapted for aarch64.
The tests can be reactivated when they are adapted to execute
on aarch64.
