Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/fuel from branch 'master'
- Merge "[doc] installation guide update: PDF section"
- [doc] installation guide update: PDF section
Update PDF section to:
1. describe "net_config" section in IDF.
2. describe compute parameterizaion required in IDF for
both DPDK and non-DPDK scenario.
