Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/kvmfornfv from branch 'stable/danube'
- Change the kernel config for scenario test
Disable the intel_iommu by default since the CICD platform has something
wrong on the VT-d support
Enable the X2APIC support, otherwwise there will be only one CPU
available.
