Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "Do not request NFVi metrics from empty nodes"
  - Do not request NFVi metrics from empty nodes
    
    In Collector class [1], the information from the nodes is retrieved to
    create a ResourceProfile object per node. If the node information is
    empty, Collector should skip this node.
