Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/sdnvpn from branch 'master'
- testcase execution halt fix
It's found that sys.exit is used in utils.py which caused testcase
execution is stopped abruptly while running bgpvpn testsuite.
This is now replaced with Exception.
