Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/fuel from branch 'master'
- Merge "deploy.sh: Retire `-B` argument"
- deploy.sh: Retire `-B` argument
All bridge information should be defined via IDF.
Keeping `-B` support in deploy.sh only creates confusion.
While at it, remove automatic bridge detection based on network addr.
