Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
- Merge "Enable OPENSTACK_OSA_DEV_PATH for AIO"
- Enable OPENSTACK_OSA_DEV_PATH for AIO
The task for synchronize source code between the host and opnfv guest
instance was not implemented for All-in-One flavor. This change
uses the same task that is used in other flavors.
