Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/releng-xci from branch 'master'
- Merge "bifrost: Move DIB configuration variables to bifrost"
- bifrost: Move DIB configuration variables to bifrost
The DIB variables only make sense on bifrost so they should live in the
bifrost provision script.
