Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/snaps from branch 'master'
- Adds Threads to Heat Calls
Adds thread pool and coverts looping calls to OpenStack to be
submitted to it, allowing them to be run in parallel.
Places a configurable maximum size (default 5) of concurrent calls
on the thread pool.
