Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/fuel from branch 'master'
- Merge "[maas] Adopt node role from scenario definitions"
- [maas] Adopt node role from scenario definitions
Instead of hardcoding kvm hostnames in maas machine definitions,
read node roles/hostnames from current scenario and map them
accodingly.
