Next step platformoverview doc
Jira: DOCS-42 Added the license Transformed introduction to more fluent text. Created new and shorter component intro for ONOS as an example. Similar intro for other components needs to be done. Change-Id: Idf8afe4a1255031010dbf00830f845efa96b377f Signed-off-by: ulik <ulrich.kleber@huawei.com>
