Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "fix random test_task unittest fail due to os.environ mock"
  - fix random test_task unittest fail due to os.environ mock
    
    sometime Jenkins fails due to what I guess are concurrency problems
    in os.environ mock
