Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/auto from branch 'stable/fraser'
- Merge "ci: CI helper script" into stable/fraser
- ci: CI helper script
Skeleton of CI helper script. This script implements the body
of AUTO CI jobs. It is executed from AUTO job definitions
used by the OPNFV Jenkins.
