Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'master'
- Merge "Remove the tox venv patcharm64"
- Remove the tox venv patcharm64
It's now useless as Jenkins jobs call build.sh which modifies all
Dockerfiles for both architectures.
build.sh allows building private images as opposed to this former tox
entry which only take opnfv into account.
