Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/functest from branch 'master'
- Merge changes If9b61064,I0490eade
* changes:
Increase Vmtp timeouts
Run vnfs in all scenarios

It now conforms with other testcases booting ubuntu images.

- Run vnfs in all scenarios
It allows fair comparisons between scenarios (e.g. ovs dpdk).
os-nosdn-calipso-noha could be verified VNFs as well [1].
