Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
- Remove 'inconsistent-return-statements' check from Pylint
There are several bugs in Pylint [1] [2] affecting
'inconsistent-return-statements' check. It will be temporarily
removed.
