Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/releng from branch 'master'
to 2dbb13b16584d5356a1eb992d331bb96bebe715b
- Enable Airship CNTT gate and daily
POD 15 has been upgraded to upstream Airship v 1.8. This patch enables
the gate to check the RC-1 status.
Updated functest version tag to iruya.
