Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/barometer from branch 'master' - Merge "VES Application: Documentation changes to userguide." - VES Application: Documentation changes to userguide. - Information on how kafka works with VES app. - Added how-to guide to setup kakfa & dependencies.
