Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/sdnvpn from branch 'master'
- Fix the wrong path of sdnvpn
The new path should be /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/sdnvpn,
rather than /home/opnfv/repos/sdnvpn
