These changes are the raw update to linux-4.4.6-rt14. Kernel sources

are taken from kernel.org, and rt patch from the rt wiki download page.

During the rebasing, the following patch collided:

Force tick interrupt and get rid of softirq magic(I70131fb85).

Collisions have been removed because its logic was found on the
source already.

+HDMI Transmitter
+================
+
+The HDMI Transmitter is a Synopsys DesignWare HDMI 1.4 TX controller IP
+with accompanying PHY IP.
+
+Required properties:
+ - #address-cells : should be <1>
+ - #size-cells : should be <0>
+ - compatible : should be "fsl,imx6q-hdmi" or "fsl,imx6dl-hdmi".
+ - gpr : should be <&gpr>.
+   The phandle points to the iomuxc-gpr region containing the HDMI
+   multiplexer control register.
+ - clocks, clock-names : phandles to the HDMI iahb and isrf clocks, as described
