	Newer release (0.1.2) of Rally has introduced some syntax changes (e.g. "--set" option for test set selection), so run_tempest.py is updated according to them. Custom test case list is taken into use instead of smoke test set. The list itself is updated (rally didn't recognize test cases with 'gate' definition). 	This list is based on tempest own smoke test case suit and extended by selected test cases defined by DefCore Committee (https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Governance/DefCoreCommittee).
