Newer release (0.1.2) of Rally has introduced some syntax changes (e.g. "--set" option for test set selection), so run_tempest.py is updated according to them. Custom test case list is taken into use instead of smoke test set. The list itself is updated (rally didn't recognize test cases with 'gate' definition).
