It conforms with [1] by creating a new venv which checks the unix permissions. As jjobs call Functest console scripts [2], all perms can be 644. Dockerfiles are updated as well. JIRA: FUNCTEST-520 This script will be used once the docker slicing decide is made. Currently, the script has been tested on Ubuntu 14.04 and 16.04 and CentOS 7.2.
