Docker image for functest on ARM was build using a different Dockerfile. Now the ARM Dockerfile is created with a patch, in order to avoid modifying both files. The previous implementation waited for /bin/sh to finish instead of refstack-client. Then tempest still ran in background even if the tescase was considered as finished.
